FREE SHIPPING: At Artemies Gems and Jewelry, we are dedicated to offering our customers exceptional value and service. Therefore, we provide free shipping for all our jewelry products.
Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of placing the order. An additional 2 business day is required on weekends or on other holidays. In addition, the filling of orders may be slightly delayed.
SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES: We take pride in our ability to offer international shipping services. However, there are certain locations to which we are unable to ship. Should your location fall under these restrictions, we will promptly inform you.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES: Artemies Gems and Jewelry holds no liability if an incorrect address is provided during the checkout process. It is imperative to ensure the accuracy of your billing and shipping addresses before finalizing your order. In the event of an error on our part, we will assume full responsibility for the original order, free of charge.
CUSTOMS: Any customs fees incurred after the items have been shipped are the responsibility of the customer. By purchasing our jewelry products, you acknowledge that one or more packages may be subject to customs fees upon arrival in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION: Upon shipment of your jewelry order, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. However, due to the nature of free shipping, tracking may not always be available.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”: Some shipping companies may take 2-5 business days to update tracking information in their system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking information available, please contact us for assistance.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?: In some cases, items from the same jewelry order may be sent in separate packages due to logistical reasons, even if combined shipping was selected. In this case, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email for each package, including tracking information.
