Please use the traceable shipping method to return the items purchased from Artemies Gems and Jewelry. After receiving the parcel you sent, we will return it for you within 3-4 weeks. Be sure to purchase insurance for your package and prepay postage. Sorry, we do not accept returns on cash on delivery.
